I began coming to ilovekickboxing in February after stepping on the scale and realizing that I was weighing more than I did 9 months pregnant with either of my boys. This is when I decided that I needed to work on myself. No more excuses. I cut back my eating out from 4 days a week to one day a week, I divorced diet soda, and I bought a Groupon to ilovekickboxing. What I discovered was unbelievable. The instructors were kind, motivating and helpful (I call them superhero in disguise). The members were positive, happy and seemed to like one another. The energy in this place was awesome. I soon found myself craving the workout. I felt a sense of belonging and encouragement among the members and instructors. Slowly but surely the pounds started to come off. I am happy to say that I am now 30 pounds lighter. I am strong, fit, happy, and more patient. Ilovekickboxing has truly made a positive impact on my life and anyone thinking about going should definitely give it a whirl!
